Casa de turismo rural. Uma casa abandonada e queimada com grande potencial para o turismo rural. O pedido: a reconstrução da antiga casa, o novo design de quartos adicionais e uma adega. O projeto: uma intervenção de “acupuntura” na estrutura preexistente, onde o velho o e novo devem coexistir respeitosamente; quatro cabanas distribuídas no terreno, perto da plantação de eucaliptos, “abraçando” as áreas comuns exteriores. A adega, projetada como parte do complexo, é independente no seu uso e acesso. | Rural tourism house. An abandoned and burned house with a great potential to rural tourism. The request: the reconstruction of the ancient house, the new design of additional bedrooms and a winery. The project: an “acupuncture” intervention in the preexisting structure, where old and new should coexist respectfully; four cottages distributed in the site, near the eucalyptus plantation, facing west and embracing the exterior common areas. The winery, designed to be part of the complex, is independent in its use and access.
